Grandma Kathy's Blog Deleted

I'm just posting tonight to let you know that my Blog got accidentally deleted tonight. There are two guys in the house that are feeling real bad and worked several hours to retrieve my blog and one very sad Grandma. I lost my summer journal. I just had so many cute sayings from the boys that I didn't have written down anywhere else. If anyone has an idea, please share it.
